Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

2. How can I Pay for my Order?

We offer safe shopping to our customers. We accept payment via CC Avenue, Razor Pay, PayTM. So, you can choose the most suitable payment method for you. 

3. Can I make a credit/debit card or Internet Banking payment on Oye Gadgets through my mobile?

Yes, you'll make any debit/credit card payments through the Oye Gadgets mobile site. Shopify uses 256-bit encryption technology to guard your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.

4. How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to settle on a payment option, select "Cash on Delivery".
Once verified and confirmed, your order are going to be processed for shipment within the time specified, from the date of confirmation. you'll be required to form a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to finish the payment.

5. What is a 3D Secure password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively.

The 3D Secure password adds a further layer of security through biometric identification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is made by you, is understood only to you. This ensures that only you'll use your card for online purchases.
